The Learned Fangirl

From 2009-2020 I was founder and publisher of The Learned Fangirl a website committed to highlighting and nurturing under-reported writing focused on media, technology, and online culture by providing access and opportunity for women and people of color writers.

The Learned Fangirl is fiscally sponsored by Independent Arts and Media, a 501c3 organization. You can see the influence of The Learned Fangirl in my project Wild Ramp Publishing (below)

I dabble in zine-making and publishing mostly about pop culture, music, disability, and other aspects of my life.

Music

I’ve recorded two EPs with rock band Sole Heiress and also occasionally record music on my own.
